Noida International Airport (Jewar) ke aas-paas property lene ka khwab dekhne walon ke liye 6 April 2026 ka din ek bada mauka lekar aaya. Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) ne apni bahot pratikshit (much-awaited) Residential Plot Scheme (RPS-10) launch ki, aur umeed ke mutabiq, pehle hi hafte mein isme lakhon applications aa chuki hain.

Iska seedha matlab hai ki agar kisi aavedak (applicant) ka naam lottery mein nikal aata hai, toh uski property ki value paper par aate hi lagbhag 2.5 se 3 guna zyada hogi. Yehi "Jackpot" factor aam aadmi se lekar bade investors tak sabko is scheme mein apply karne par majboor kar raha hai.
